On a lighter note....Monkeys!!!
Is it just me or do monkeys make everything better? From Super Bowl commercials to children's shows, monkeys are the best. I was watching an awful, awful children's show with my dughter of 2 years old a few days ago. The show is called "Little Bear" and it is on the evil Noggin network. This could be the worst children's show ever made, worse than the New Zoo Revue from the 70's (of course, back then that show was ahead of it's time). Then, out of no where, Little Bear had a monkey friend. Thank God she showed up because she was holding the show together. The only show I can ever remember where a monkey could not save how bad it was is "Friends". Even with the monkey, it still was an incredibly awful program. And yes, I was rooting for the monkeys in the "Wizard of Oz". Some, such as my wife's brother might call me a Commie for saying that, but I stand by it.

Hmmm. . . our daughter was going nuts for the monkeys on her TMBG ABC dvd yesterday. Monkeys must remind her of daddy.

What troulbles me is not that the kiddy shows are bad. Monkey or no monkey. It is you actualy watch enough of it to make commentary about it. Yet you are the one to talk logic???
The monkey is my favorite animals. Chimps too, they're smarter.

did you know that chimps are cannibals? they will attack other tribes of chimps and eat their young, as well as other primates...
